Plastic Pall Ring Random Packing

Plastic Pall Rings are traditional ring type random packing with global installed base and well documented performance history.
An advance on the Raschig Ring, the Pall Ring has similar cylindrical dimensions but has two rows of punched out holes, with fingers or webs turned into the centre of the cylinder, which significantly increases the performance of the packing, in terms of throughput, efficiency and pressure drop.
High resistance to plugging, nesting, and fouling, easily soaked, pall ring ensure a better distribution of liquid or gas along with a good mass transfer efficiency. So pall ring is widely used in gas and liquid transfers field, like chlor-alkali industry, gas industry and chemical industry.
It is offered in a variety of plastics such as PVDF, Polypropylene, HDPE, PVC, CPVC, and Glass Filled Polypropylene. Commonly available in natural color, also accept color customized.

Plastic Pall Ring Characteristics

          •Its internal cross-structure of diametrical spars make it mechanically robust and suitable for use in deep packed bed.
